On Saturday, March 23rd 2019, WFWP Norway held another Mommy and Me meeting for young mothers. The intention of Mommy and me meetings are to create a place where parents with small children can meet regularly in order for both the mothers and the children to bond together and build supportive friendships with one another. This time, yoga teacher Agnese Zvirbule, a mother herself held a yoga session with us. The children joined in as well for a relaxing and physically challenging afternoon of yoga and healthy snacks afterwards. There were 4 adults and 6 children in attendance.
