SHE conference 2020

Johanna Toresen, president of WFWP Norway/KFVF, represented KFVF at Europe's biggest conference on gender equality. The main message she got out of it was that diversity in teams and leader positions is valuable for the company, the employees and society. While Norway is on 2nd place in gender equality, it's aware that it still has a long way to go, and constantly invests into improving the numbers.
